Oops, I also forgot to post the log from LAST week’s DSTAR Net. So I’ll sneak in under the wire and post this before tonight’s net. I’m afraid I won’t make this one, so y’all have fun.

It was picture transfer night, and a few of us bounced some photos through DSTAR. Mine seemed to get through from up here in the north country (I just moved to Rockville), though my HT reception left me with lots of dropouts when several others received cleanly. Reflector 97C was working for voice, but we were sure if scrambled pictures were from that local station or the Reflector settings. I did confirm that if I transmitted voice while receiving photos, that stepping on my own signal blocked the pixels for the duration of. TX.

Lots of interesting testing to continue, so co slider expanding your DSTAR fluency and dig up some picture transfer procedures in your manuals for a future exchange.
