[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] ARC September NCS Schedule

First of all, thanks to Mike for picking up the NCS scheduling while I am
away for the next two weeks.

And I won't feel jealous if you schedule a Special Net in my absence... GO
FOR IT!    We need to exercise our other repeaters.

Your main goal is to ensure there will be *no *Hello Kitty QRM Nets or Dead
Silence Nets for the month of September...
