[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] new VoIP service

I've moved the club's VoIP phone from the defunct Hamshack Hotline service
to https://hamsoverip.com/.  This service does DMR ID dialing so the Cisco
SPA525G2 phone can be reached at 3151280.  I can be reached at 3151276 - I
use the Groundwire VoIP app on my Android phone.  If anyone else is on
https://hamsoverip.com/ please give me or the club phone a call!
