[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Reflector 62

We'll use REF097C for the net tonight.  For a number of weeks 062 was down
and, to me, that's on the sysadmin to monitor.  We don't know who that is,
and no way to contact them regarding issues.  The 097 admin was immediately
available and super responsive/helpful.  We're now listed as a regular net
on http://dplus.ref097.com/index2.html.
