[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] New Drivers and 2m/70cm auto mount antennae

I have a new driver and, when he takes my truck, I worry about my antenna and him driving into parking garages. Mine is static mount, no breakaway. I’m not sure of the terminology but, does anyone have recommendations for antennae that have a spring or mechanism that gives when you drive under something low?  Or should I just develop the habit of removing the antenna when he drives?
