I currently use:
Echolink mobile app (iPhone)
RepeaterPhone mobile app (iPhone)
I have long had a ClearNode hotspot (https://www.node-ventures.com/buy-clearnode/) on my wishlist… so maybe in the near future. Not sure which of your remaining choices that qualifies as.

I currently have it configured to be monitor only (don't want folks hotkeying my radio) and it's set to the clubs repeater downlink freq (315), so if you key up the repeater and talk, you'll be able to hear it through Echolink.
