[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] ARC Shorts

It is hit and miss for me.  Sometime I get them and others I don't.  

Jan,
 Do you send it out in mass to one email, our reflector?  If so, it might have a size limit or limited number of emails it can send to due to the size of the attachment.  Just throwing out spitballs to see why it is hit and miss.
