Thanks, Gary.
Just to add: the event organizers will provide our table. I'll bring club handouts.
Set-up time begins at Noon, and the formal part of the day happens at 2.
It's a terrific way to meet people and to show off ham radio.

The Alexandria Radio Club (ARC) has been invited to participate in the annual D-Day commemoration ceremony to be held this Sunday June 1, 2025, in Old Town Alexandria.
Volunteers from the club are needed from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM to demonstrate voice and digital modes of amateur radio, pass out club flyers, and answer questions about ham radio.
Please respond via email to Jan Maas or Gary Sessums if you are willing to volunteer for this club event.
Details are listed below and a handy, dandy flyer is attached, suitable for hanging on your refrigerator door as a reminder.
