[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] ARC 2025 Field Day

Ok, all you amateur radio operators, it's time for you to rise, shine and come out and support your Club. 
 
Joe Porcelli, ARC Field Day lead, the FD committee co-chairs and a couple of other support personnel like Matt J and myself met tonight to review some final details for setting up and operating 2025 Field Day.  Everything is coming together nicely, and Joe has promised us clear weather with temperatures in the 80's.  Awesome!
 
Now, we need to make sure that everyone has a chance to participate using their own equipment or a station that's already set up.  We will need to lock down the players list by mid-week next week so we will know how many stations to plan for and what frequency bands they will be using.  We also need the attendance numbers to ensure that we have enough food, drink and snacks for the Field Day Team.
 
Joe P built the QR code below to make it easy to register for Field Day.  Please register as soon as possible for Field Day even if you can't stay for the full cycle or that your schedule may change.  Better to have too many refreshments than to run out!
 
Look forward to seeing you all at Chinquapin Park 3210 King St. Alexandria VA on 28 June.  We'll be starting initial setup around 1000 hrs and lunch will be served at noon!
