Admission is $10.00.

The fairground gates and outdoor tailgate will open at 6:00 AM, 
indoor vendors open at 8:00 AM, and the famous Ruritan beef and 
chicken barbecue lunch will be served at 11:00 AM.

The Berryville Hamfest is hosting the 2025 ARRL Roanoke Division Convention.

QSL card checking will be available inside the Ruritan building.

There will be an Military Auxiliary Radio System (MARS) eyeball QSO 
/meet-n-greet at 10:30 AM across from the snack bar at the pavilion 
displaying the six-foot long MARS banner.

Talk-in on the W4RKC 2-Meter repeater, 146.820 MHz -, PL tone 146.2 Hz.

Hourly prize drawings with the Yaesu FT-710 HF transceiver awarded as 
the grand prize.
