Looks like the allocation for 60m has expanded!  See
https://docs.fcc.gov/public/attachments/FCC-25-60A1.pdf.  There's a catch
though.  While still 100W ERP on the existing channels 1, 2, 4, and 5,  the
expanded allocation around "channel 3" is limited to 9.15W ERP, i.e., QRP
levels.   The FT8 crowd currently at 5.357 MHz is likely to move to one of
the four higher-power channels.
