Happy Labor Day Weekend!  Here's the lineup for the upcoming month:

DSTAR Wednesday:  All month N8IK
2m Thursday:  4 (WA6MPR)  11 (KQ4CMA)  18  (KQ4ZCO)  25 (KO2THF)

Congrats and well done to all who finished up their NCS training this
weekend!  We had an outstanding training event on Saturday morning and our
new NCS' learned a lot for sure, especially with the scenarios I threw at
them!  So you'll be hearing some new voices throughout the month of
September and beyond!  We will try to host another NCS training in October
or November if there is interest.

SPECIAL NETS-  And again this month, I got very little feedback on whether
or not the club wanted to do a special HF and 70 cm net for September.  I'm
going to take my chances and schedule one special 70 cm net for September
on Saturday 13 Sept at 0930 on the 444.600 repeater.  If you'd like to
participate, you've got a few weeks to test your 70 cm transceiver to see
if you'll be able to participate in the net.

We've had some real banger nets for the month of August... I'm looking
forward to a great September!
