Yep.  We ran into this the year before COVID hit.  NPS required insurance, a walkthrough and a bunch of documentation from ARC.  There was a club who operated from there the year before, which is what gave me the idea, but they knew someone inside and were able to avoid all the red tape.

Our Emergency Communications Division Chief has done some research on a special event happening next weekend at Jones Point Park.   Attached is the information spreadsheet on the event which will run from 0600-2200 Saturday and 0600-2000 on Sunday.  (Its really a 48 hr event begining Friday night but we did not have enough advance time to jump through the wickets required to get 24 access approved by the Park Service)  Special call sign W4B will be use for the event.

Should be fun and low-key.  Hopefully the weather will cooperate.

Review the attached and contact Stex Fonda (stex.fonda at gmail.com <mailto:stex.fonda at gmail.com>) if you additional questions.  There will be not be any club provided setups for this so bring whatever you need.  Parking is adjacent to the field so packing in or out should not be a problem.
