Happy August!  Where is the Summer going?   Here's who's in the lineup for
net controllers during the month of August:

DSTAR Wednesday- 6 (N8IK), 19 (N8IK), 20 (N8IK), 27(KQ4CMA) August
2m Thursday- 7 (OPEN), 14 (KQ4CMA), 21, 28 (WD4ADF) August

There are still a few openings for NCS' in August.  Please shoot me a note
soon if you're interested in taking on a 2m net this month.

SPECIAL NETS:  There will be no special HF or 70cm net this month.  I only
got feedback from one person who was interested in the 70cm net.  So we
will do a push to September to see if there are more takers for special
nets.

NCS TRAINING:   It's a go!!!   KQ4WOI. KQ4YGT, KK1ZZ and KR4CCT will be the
"students" for this round of training.  If there are any others who would
like to join in, please send me a note ASAP so I can finalize how many will
be participating.  I am looking to lock this in the schedule for the week
of 24 August, with online training and radio checks on Monday and practice
nets on that Saturday.   We will also need "elmers" for the Saturday
practice nets to help out with traffic and NCS critiques.  More details on
the training will be passed later on in the month.
