Good afternoon, I am the EC for Frederick County/Winchester City and was added to this group based on contacts at the recent hamfest at Oakton High School. I also work for CISA/ECD and prepping a presentation/demo later in April for Emergency Communications Month on using amateur radio during emergencies. I’m looking for Winlink frequencies in the Arlington area that I could use for this demo. Also, if anyone is interested in providing a second person for voice radio testing on April 22 around 2PM, let me know. If you have any other useful information on communicating through all these high rise buildings, I’m all ears. Thanks very much and best 73,
