[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Net Control Solicitations for December 2024 and January 2025

CQ All-

As we approach the end of the year and the focus turns towards the holiday
season and festivities, I'd like to get the DSTAR and 2m net control ops
slated for December and January.   The good news is we will have this taken
care of for two months.  The better news is you won't hear from me begging
operators to volunteer for NCS duties until mid-January 2025 for February!

December Nets:
DSTAR- 4, 11, 18 and 25th (Cancelled- Christmas Day)
2m- 5, 12, 19 and 26th

January Nets:
DSTAR- 1 (Cancelled- New Years Day), 8, 15, 22 and 29th
2m- 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30th

NET CONTROL TRAINING CLASSES-  There were very few takers for NCS Training
this year.  I gave a handful of individual training sessions to interested
operators which only got us two new NCS's for 2024.   The club needs your
voice to be an NCS, so if you're interested in NCS training in 2025, please
let me know soonest.   As I always say, my optimal quota for a class is 4
students, because we end the training with a series of practice nets on a
Saturday.  If I get 4 takers for training, I'll be more than willing to
host a class in the Spring.
