Good afternoon everyone,

Current Board of Directors member Bob Crumley has accepted a nomination for
VP. That also means that he will be vacating his position on the board, so
we are accepting nominations to fill his position for the remainder of the
term, December 31, 2024.

Please email, myself and Gary, KC5QCN, with any nominations for VP or the
Board of Director position.
