Try putting the card in your PC, formatting it, and see what happens. You
should/could lose about 1 GB out of 16 GB for creating the file structure,
called "overhead". If it tests OK, proceed. If not, replace the drive (SD
card).
Now put it back in the radio and format it for the radio. If it looks bad,
replace the drive (SD card).
