Warren,
They normally activate using the Bluemont repeater. If you gone through the
training within the NCR they have gone over that. Also the EC for the
Alexandria ARES have sent out emails locally when they have activated using
the ARC repeater.
The last couple of times we have offered the training we have had waiting
list. So I do encourage everyone to sign up.
