Here's our NCS volunteers for the month of April:

DSTAR Wednesday:
3 April- N8IK
10 April- N8IK
17 April- KQ4CMA
24 April- N8IK (KC4CMA backup)

2m Thursday:
4 April- OPEN (KQ4CMA backup)
11 April- KQ4CMA
*18 April- WD4ADF
25 April- KQ4CMA

So as you can see, I still need a primary controller for this Thursday... I
will be on the road to RVA on Thursday evening and cannot do it.  Otherwise
KQ4CMA has volunteered as the b/u NCS.

*HEADS UP for the 2m net on the 18th- Since I've gotten permission from the
Club President to do a net frequency shift, that will be the net that will
shift from 2m to 440 for that evening.  The plan is to start the net on the
2m repeater, and between the net open and check-ins, simulate a casualty of
the 2m repeater and shift net operations over to the 444.600 70cm
repeater.   I'll need a backup controller on 2m for that evening to assist
the stragglers QSY'ing over from 2m to 440 for the duration of the net.
 So if you have a dual band radio, now's the time to see if your 440
capability is good to go for the net on the 18th.   If anything happens
between now and then that will not allow the net experiment to proceed,
I'll keep you posted.
