Bryan and with the help of Sean will have the new Club hats tonight to pass out.  if you haven't paid yet, they will be collecting money as well.  Remember it, is $26, so bring exact change  in the form of check, cas or money order.

Feature: This is the annual business meeting during which elections are
held.  In accordance with club bylaws Article VIII, Section 8.01(a): "At the
November meeting each year the Club membership shall elect four officers and
three at-large directors from members: the officers shall be the President,
the Vice President, the Secretary, and the Treasurer. These four officers
and the elected directors shall constitute the Board of Directors." This
year, the four officers and two Board of Directors are up for election.  The
By-Laws require that all four officers be licensed amateurs and that the
President be licensed for at least two years prior to taking office.

 

The individual nominees on the ballot have been publicized by email.
Nominations may also take place from the floor at the meeting. It is highly
encouraged that every club member vote in this election because the outcome
will shape the very nature of club governance, the way ahead in the future,
and the quality of club programs going forward.  PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL
ONLY BE IN-PERSON VOTING.
