[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] new GMRS repeater on the air! time for a net!

I heard TTP but I don’t think I programmed the privacy tone which is
probably why nobody heard me. Is the time CTCSS or DCS? My QTH is the
Ballston Metro stop facing DC. My GMRS HT is a UV-9R and I had the seller
program it for me.  I have a Baofeng Basics course on Ham Radio Prep. I’ll
watch the course and see if I can setup the UV-9R by tomorrow night.
