Here are our primary and backup net controllers for the 2m net for the next
four weeks:

Since we still have "cold feet" during the club meetings getting folks to
step up to be net controllers or backups, I'll send an email out in the
beginning of June before the next club meeting soliciting volunteers to
select their Thursdays to be the NCS or backup controller.   Hopefully I
can fill all the primary slots by club meeting and only have to ask for
backups.  The goal in the future is to no longer ask for open volunteers
during the meeting but to fill the schedule via email.   And for our
graduates of the Net Controller Training classes, now is your time to "give
back" and shine!

Speaking of NCS Training, the next classroom session is tomorrow night at
1900 and during the timeframe of 1900-2000, we will be using the 2m
repeater for a practice net (with me as the NCS).  This is to give the
students an opportunity to test out their equipment on the repeater prior
to the student run nets on Saturday the 20th at 1300.   If anyone wishes to
participate in tomorrow's practice net, please feel free to join us.  I
will put out a reminder later on the week that we will be using the
repeater for the student run nets on Saturday.
