Dear Fellow Amateur Radio Operator,


I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am 
excited to extend an invitation to you for ThawFest, an upcoming Ham 
Fest that the Greene County Virginia Amateur Radio Club has organized in 
Stanardsville, Virginia.

As you may know, these events are great opportunities for us to come 
together and celebrate our shared passion for amateur radio. They allow 
us to meet old friends, make new ones, and exchange knowledge and 
expertise.

ThawFest promises to be an exciting event, with a range of activities 
and attractions, including vendor booths, equipment sales, QSL card 
checker, and delicious food from Chef Lisa's Kitchen. We are happy to 
report that the available tables inside the venue are nearly sold out. 
There will also be a swap meet where you can buy, sell, or trade your 
equipment and accessories.

We would be honored to have you join us on April 22nd. Please review the 
attached flyer for the event address, various sponsors, and the talk-in 
frequency. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate 
to contact us. If possible, please consider car pooling with your fellow 
hams.
