It took a while to get all the parts but I was able to reproduce the AM
transmitter and receiver from Make Magazine's February issue (Power through
thin air).  Way low power but the oscilloscope shows it worked (the yellow
trace is channel 1 - the transmitter, the blue trace is channel 2 - the
receiver)!

The best part?  I actually understand how the circuits work!
