[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Monday Night Digital Mode Net

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to shoot out an email since I know everyone is not on Discord, but tonight is the third or fourth Monday night we hosted the digital mode net and had a pretty great time using JS8Call! It’s very robust mode with a intuitive user interface.

I was receive only since I didn’t have great SWR on my antenna for 30m but was able to hear both WA6MPR and K0RVW without issue. I saw Don KI4D in the chat as well.

We definitely are going to make this a regular thing and are open to other modes and repeating modes we’ve covered previously. So feel free to join us on discord, or we can work out another way for you to participate.

If you don’t think your able to digital modes please reach out, I or someone else can definitely help you get setup, some modes will work wonders with a computer, quiet room, and a hand mic!
