[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Russia interfering with the amateur bands?

Greetings ARC friends.

Did anyone else experience a massive amount of interference on the 30 meter band last night between about 9-10 PM? I noticed it between about 10.132 - 10.154 MHz and was concerned it would block my morning Winlink Wednesday P2P session, which I usually run on 10.143 MHz.

After asking around on our Discord group, Jason (WA6MPR) suggested the culprit was Russian radar. See:

Am I the only one here who was impacted by the interference? It wasn’t subtle. See my waterfall display in a Winlink session below.
