Ham Workshop Topic: WSPR and NVIS Antenna Testing led by Todd Taylor
(KO4IJH)

Warren's presentation is about the Information Technology Disaster Resource
Center (ITDRC.org) which is a national non-profit that provides free
technology solutions for disaster response. This includes Wi-Fi, satellite
internet, VoIP phones, networks, Chrome books, and radios. ITDRC's Disaster
Tech Task Force is comprised of private sector partners that contribute
skilled employee volunteers, products, services, and monetary support for
disaster response operations in North America. Teams train and work in
collaboration with NGOs and First Responders to engineer and deliver
emergency communications and complex technical solutions that aid
communities during and after catastrophic events. Volunteer teams are
deployed within 24 hours of an event, setting up critical replacement
communication network sites.

Warren is the Virginia State Coordinator (Volunteer) for ITDRC and has
deployed with ITDRC twice since 2019. He is an Extra class ham with COM-T
qualifications.
