Dear ARRL Members in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and West
Virginia:

Town Hall this coming Monday, April 24, at 8:00 PM local time.  We will
have a special guest – ARRL Chief Executive Officer David Minster,
NA2AA. Plus, you’ll get to hear developments in Amateur Radio, at ARRL
as the national association for Amateur Radio and what is happening in
your state.  Your hosts will be Director Jim Boehner, N2ZZ, and Vice
Director Bill Morine, N2COP, along with the Section Managers from the
four states in our division – Dan Ringer, K8WV, from West Virginia;
Marv Hoffman, WA4NC, from North Carolina; Virginia’s Jack Smith,
KE4LWT, and South Carolina’s Marc Tarplee, N4UFP.  Whether your
interests are DXing, contesting, emergency communications, public
service, experimentation or just plain rag chewing, you’ll find
