[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Club Invitation to VWS event

Courtesy of Joe (KT3I), I am happy to pass on an invitation from Vienna Wireless Society to Alexandria Radio Club regarding an upcoming event.

 

Vienna Wireless Society (VWS) has invited us to their Spring Picnic & QRP To the Field event on Saturday 22 April from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at at the Sully Highlands Shelter on Rt. 28, near Dulles Airport. The address is 13808 Wall Rd, Herndon, VA 20171.

 

Highlights include:

*	The VWS Maker's club homebrew QRP radios (non-homebrew QRP radios are welcome as well)
*	Satellite Ground Station - Time will tell if it will stay QRP
