[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Alexandria Blood Drive: Sat Nov 12, 9am-1pm

Dear friends: 
You may have heard that blood is in short supply in our area. Inova hospitals report that they have a record-breaking number of patients, and that one in seven of them needs blood. A single car accident victim can require as many as 100 pints. 

Immanuel-Church-on-Hill, in partnership with Inova hospitals, will host a blood drive on Saturday, November 12, between 9 am and 1 pm. The church is located at 3606 Seminary Road, Alexandria (just west of Quaker Lane, and about a mile from our club meeting place).
