[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Antenna help

All,
My HOA has finally given me permission to put up a vertical antenna on my townhouse.  Problem: The Boss won't let me up on the roof as I'm old.  I've looked online and called HRO for a company or person whom I can hire to do this but so far, nothing.  Do any of you have any leads on any company or person I can hire to do this for me?
