[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] FW: Problem with ARRL Extra Class Class License Manual

We ALWAYS tell people to order from ARRL directly, HRO, DX Engineering or a ham radio vendor.  

DO NOT order your ham radio study books from Amazon, ever.  Like Ian said, they have a history of sending old editions.  Even if they did have a painless replacement process, it should not have happened in the first place.  You are still without the correct book while Amazon sends you a new one.
