Here are some basic stats:

   80 questions were removed

   58 new questions were added
   -

      It's worth noting that some of these were pretty clear replacements
      for a removed question, but for my purposes if the question
changed enough
      to need a new explanation then it's a new explanation =]

   119 questions were updated
