I can do both in a mobile setup but have never helped in an event before.

All,

                This is just a warning notice.  We have been asked to
support the G.W.Parkway 10 miler on November 7, 2021.  Race start is at 8AM
so we would need to be in position by 7AM so we need to meet up at 6:30 AM.
As Start / Finish is at Oronoco Bay Park in Old Town,  we will meet there at
6:30 AM for final assignments.

                I have attached the course map but we do not know where we
need to place operators.  The Parkway is not repeater friendly, so we may
use 6 meter FM and 2 meters depending on who volunteers.

                This will be a mobile event and external antennas are a
great help for both bands.   I will survey the course to check on repeater
coverage, but ..

                If you can volunteer,  please let me know and if you can let
me know if you have both 2 meter FM and 6 meter FM capability in your mobile
or portable gear.
