[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Frostefest 2022

Just spotted this on the Richmond Amateur Telecommunications Society
(RATS) webpage.

In light of the uncertainty of the COVID-19 restrictions in August
2021 when they had to make a go/no-go decision, the decision was made
to cancel Frostfest 2022.  They are hoping to hold Frostfest in 2023.

That's too bad because Richmond is one of the bigger hamfests in the area.
