[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Ordering Form for the Alexandria Radio Club Shirt Order

This note follows up on our meeting discussions about another club shirt
order.  Enclosed is a link that provides an Ordering Form for the Alexandria
Radio Club Shirt Order.  As a help for me please fill out the form even if
you have already sent me an email with your request for a shirt.  That will
reduce the chance for transposition errors since the form directly transfers
information into the ordering spreadsheet.  The details for payment are
provided in the form.  The deadline for payment is June 4th.  The shirts are
$37.00 for sizes small to extra-large, and $40.00 for 2-XL.  There is no
shipping charges for our bulk order.  The shirt order will be mailed to our
vendor on June 5th.  Please email me if there are questions.
