You may recall that Terri WA5NTI (SK) had a tower and a beam on his property.
It seems there is a new owner of that property who is in the process of fixing the place up for resale.
The antenna  + tower are being offered free-as-is, if you take them down.

The person(s) doing the work will need to provide evidence of their qualifications to do the work and appropriate liability insurance.

Once the property is fixed up (some weeks?) if no one has taken the tower, the builder will probably fell it like an old tree and cart it away as scrap metal.
