Good afternoon,

For those of you interested in learning more about Parks On The Air, I’ll be activating Rock Creek Park (K-0656) at around 1930Z/1530L today. If you want to join in the fun or just listen in, I usually start on 20M, then 40M, then 146.52 to pick up any locals. You can check https://pota.us/#/ for my callsign or anyone else activating other parks. Hopefully ground wave will work out today and I’ll hear some of you. If you like contesting, POTA can be fast and furious like that or relaxing and slow, depending on the operator. It’s like a contest going on every day.  I’m approaching almost 3000 HF contacts (mixed mode) since July of last year, thanks to POTA. Hope to hear you!
