Alexandria Radio Club is inviting you to a Tech-Talk via Zoom on July 28th.
This is the second Tech-Talk in a series of talks to be held via Zoom by
Alexandria Radio Club.  These topics are the results of a club survey
conducted this past spring with club members.  All sessions are open to all
hams.  These talks will be conducted monthly during the coming months. The
purpose of these sessions is to provide an opportunity for in-depth
conversations, including Q&A, on a variety of ham radio topics.  This
follows up on ideas from club members desiring to build on their knowledge
of ham radio.  It is also hoped that these sessions will build on club
mentoring efforts for our newest hams and will serve to promote their
continuing interest in club activities.  Finally, it is hoped that these
sessions will lead to more interest in operator license upgrades enabled by
increased knowledge of ham radio.

Rick Bunn (N4ASX) has been a member of the Alexandria Radio Club for over 40
years, and has the honor of being selected as a Life Time Member of the
Alexandria Radio Club for his many contributions to the club.  Rick's
tech-talk presentation on Go-kits will include a "What's a GO KIT and why do
you I want one,"  and "What makes up a GO KIT."  In his presentation, Rick
will also lead a panel of other club members who have volunteered to share
what is in their go kits and their capabilities.
