[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] URGENT REQUEST FOR OPERATORS TO SUPPORT Alexandria EOC and Alexandria Hospital on January 20th

All,

                First I need to thank Ian, N8IK,  Warren KA2BWU, Don, KI4D,
and Wilson KM4KLK  All did a great job supporting the Alexandria EOC today
(1/17) in addition Ian lead in the continued build out of our station at the
EOC.  With Rich's KA4GFYs help we programmed the ID-5100,  we set up the
Kenwood TH-D710G and tested it on both WINLINK packet and APRS (APRS
PinPoint) mapping client.  We also installed the ICOM ID-1 (more programming
to follow) and tested it on our 1.2Ghz FM repeater.  Installed the Alinco
MT-06T 6 Meter FM and also installed a CS-800 DMR mobile radio programmed by
Ian and checked it out.  

                Here is my call for HELP

                ON January 20th the EOC will need us from 8AM to Midnight

                The Alexandria Hospital will need us from 6 AM to Midnight.

                Shifts

                

EOC

                8 AM to 1 PM - N4ASX and Ian N8IK

                12:30 to 6PM

                5:30 to 12 midnight - N4ASX and ??

                

Alexandria Hospital

                6 AM to 11 AM

                10:30 AM to 4 PM

                3:30 to 9 PM

                9 PM to Midnight

 

                If you can volunteer for any of those shifts PLEASE send me
an e-mail.  The Alexandria Hospital will require a D-Star Handheld.
