Looks like we do not need to be ON SITE on Saturday.  But if you want to
install software.  And set up.  Call Chief Whatley and I'm sure he can allow
you in.

I should be available around 1:3o or 2PM.

Good afternoon,

 

I wanted to provide you with an update as to the EOCs posture. The schedule
is listed below. 

 

1/16 Virtual - OEM will be virtual and monitoring, they will schedule
regular calls with the PDOC

1/17 and 1/20 - EOC will be open 8 am - midnight (subject to change), two
daily update calls will occur

1/18 and 1/19 - EOC will be monitoring from the EOC, two daily update calls
will occur

 

EOC Open Staffing - 1/17 and 1/20 Hours of operation 8 am - midnight
(Shifts: 8 am - 4 pm and 4 pm - midnight, or as departments choose)

In-person:

PD, FD, OEM, PHEM & RPCA (Mass Care), GIS, ARES

 

Virtual:

CMO, PIO, Sherriff, T&ES, DECC, ITS, City Attorney, DASH, CERT, VolALex, Red
Cross

 

Meals will be provided to those operating in the EOC. If you have any
dietary restrictions that we should be aware off please contact directly.
