I reread the request and  Chief Whatley is asking for us to MAN the EOC "in-
person" from  SATURDAY January 16th to  Monday January 25th in 12 hour
shifts.   I cannot take the first shift, but I will sign up for Sunday Day.
They need the following from all volunteers in advance.

I need to send in the list of operators on Friday.  I understand that many
of you will be working, but if you can take a night shift,  I will try to
cover the days.  If we need to we can cut the shifts into two shifts.

Subject: Alexandria EOC Staffing Availability

 

In preparation of the need to rapidly open the EOC over the next week I am
requesting that you or your designee complete the linked spreadsheet
(attached as link and separate document) listing your staff that will
represent your department if needed in the EOC.

 

Please fill out from Jan 16 through Jan 25. We will have two shifts listed
0700-1900 and 1900-0700. The dates and times are dropdowns.

 

I would ask that you complete or submit your information no later than noon
Friday, January 15.

 

EOC INAUG 2021 (1/20/21) Anticipated opening we will confirm status by
Friday.

In-person:

PD, Sherriff, FD, OEM, DECC(?), PHEM & RPCA (Mass Care), GIS, ARES

 

Virtual:

CMO, PIO, T&ES, DECC, ITS, City Attorney, DASH, CERT, VolALex, Red Cross
