[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Winlink Expert Needed

My Winlink station has worked well for several months with only minor hiccups.

This morning, I received an update.  Since then, I have not been able to transmit or receive any messages

I use the KA3POX-10 gateway on 145.75 MHz.  I am connected to the gateway, but no data goes either way.  However,I get the "Connected" message.  It just sits there and the lights blink like there is something going on.  I have to manually disconnect it after several minutes.

I did not see anything that changed, except I noticed that there is nothing in the "Channel Selection" box when I click on it.  No matter what I do, I cannot get it populated.  I am not sure, but this may be the problem because the TNC isn't really talking to the gateway.

I suspect I have a corrupted file.  I have tried un-installing and re-installing 4 times.  I notice that whenever I click on the newly loaded Winlink ICON, I get the same stats in my "Read Mail," "Saved," "Inbox," etc, so I am thinking the program is never completely deleted. I use the Windows uninstaller.  I may not be totally clearing the old one out.  Or maybe, the Winlink system saves y=that data remotely.  

I can't find anything online that answers my question, but I find lots of Winlink FAQs and basic Winlink sites.

Anybody have any thoughts?
