Hi Jimmy,
We are working on getting our VE team ready to do online exams. As the VE team lead, I went through the steps to become an online VE team lead and the Alexandria Radio Club VE team is now authorized by ARRL to proctor online exams, once we get our team together.
I have worked with the Greater Las Vegas VE team and the WB9ZPH VE team in Round Rock, TX. There is also another at Columbia University that does them, as well as a few others.
Let me know if you can't schedule an exam with anybody. I might be able to find some "freelance" VEs to help out.
