[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] Alexandria EOC activation?

Unfortunately I have to be at work tomorrow in DC. Will have an HT with me
and a scanner. Recommend those who are at home start a net on 315.  I can
go to the EOC later in the afternoon if the chief needs us. Let's wait for
a definitive request from the chief before anyone goes to the EOC. We do
NOT want 47 people on his doorstep wanting to play.
