Depends on your definition of 'microwave'.  While technically UHF, there
are a lot on 23cm with the IC-9700 getting real popular.  AREDN on 2.4 and
5.9 GHz is also growing but that's not really SOTA. I think some guys are
doing 10 GHz west of the beltway.
