Genise,
I have a slightly used Baofeng HT that is three years old that I don't ever
use; I'll give it to you for free.
I'd rather someone use it, than it not be used at all.
If you are interested, email me and we can figure out how to get it to
you. I'm in Fairfax not far from Wegman's on Rt 29.
Besides, part of this hobby is helping new members to get started.
