Tom Muye sent this to me and it is worth sharing…
The Link below will take you to an “Amateur Radio License Map.”
You can enter a Call Sign, ZIP Code, Grid Square or Street Address to find another ham.
If you enter your Zip Code or a Grid Square it will show you all the Licensed Amateur Radio operators in your vicinity. Note: You will be surprised at how many there are!

There is an Amateur Radio Repeater on the International Space Station that is open for use by all hams. Jon Scharbrough AA4JS reports that he was able to use the repeater to talk with another operator. He was using a 50 watt transceiver with an outside VHF/UHF Vertical antenna.
You will need to use your computer to track the ISS so you know when it is going to be “overhead” so that you can use the repeater. Here’s a Link: https://spotthestation.nasa.gov/tracking_map.cfm
Word is that “available comm times” range from 90 seconds to 8 minutes, depending on where the station’s orbit is during the pass that you will be using.
The UPLINK frequency to the ISS Repeater (you transmit to the ISS) is: 145.990 MHz with a PL of 67.0
The DOWNLINK frequency (you listen here) is 437.8 MHz.
Give it a try.
