[Alexandria Radio Club Reflector] <ARC> Amateur Radio Volunteer Monitor Program Zoom presentation

The Pentagon Amateur Radio Club (PARC), www.k4af.org,  has invited 
members of the Alexandria Radio Club (ARC) and Arlington Amateur 
Radio Club (AARC) to join them for a remote video conferencing presentation.

The re-scheduled PARC guest speaker this month will be Mr. Riley 
Hollingsworth - K4ZDH, former Special Counsel with the Federal 
Communications Commission (FCC), who will give a presentation on the 
new ARRL Volunteer Monitor program in which observers monitor the 
airwaves for good and bad amateur radio behavior. Mr. Hollingsworth 
serves as the coordinator for the new ARRL Volunteer Monitor program 
which replaced the former ARRL Official Observer program.
